Step 1: Land
In this phase we hunt. We search for the perfect property to start the imagination of what could be. We have a stellar team to help the search and find the perfect build site. We also have several lending options to help fund the entire process. Regardless of the situation, I am sure we can find the right fit for you.
Step 2: Design
This is the most underrated phase of construction. This is where we select building materials and processes. We not only talk about the way your home will look, but how it will feel. In this phase we work out the engineering specifics, architectural features, and technology enhancements. While you are working in the design phase we are working on land development items like driveway, utilities, possible HOAs and exact home location so that we are ready to break ground when you are.
Step 3: Construction
Whether you come with plans and a site in hand or you have been with us to this point, this is where your dreams become reality. We will review and finalize all the plans and materials for your build before we get started. During construction you can expect daily communication about the progress of your home. You will also be able to schedule site visits for framing, electrical, drywall, and punch list walkthroughs so that we ensure that your project is perfect.
Step 4: Waranty
We may have handed you the keys but we will always have your back. We are here to support you through the process of getting to know your home and make sure everything is functioning the way it should now and for many years to come. Should anything come up, we are just a phone call away.
